With nine years of international experience in the ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) sector across the Middle East, Africa and Europe, Valeria supports clients navigating complex legal and regulatory environments and implementing innovative digital solutions.

In her previous roles at the World Bank Group and other European institutions, Valeria advised governments, private sector companies and international financial institutions on digital public infrastructure, telecommunications, data governance and AI issues, and a track record leading digital development initiatives in over 20 countries.
